“Good but difficult”

It's been ten days and I still haven't gotten my deposit refund. And The drop off point is difficult to find. We do not know where is the office. The office in The airport is closed when 6 pm.

Was surprised that I had to pay an additional $200 for insurance from euro car as thought all had been paid up front Checking in took far too long - the lady was very friendly but somehow the booking disappeared and she had to redo it

Car return at terminal 3 and 4, the key drop off inside the building, a little bit hard to find, no sign board show where is the key drop off point. I asked around.

“No fuss rental - Great expericne”

Like: Efficient and friendly staff, great vehicle
Dislike: No parking spaces available during early morning (5:50am) drop off. No real problem - had to double park outside Europcar rental office
