Twice I got scammed with this rental service. Isn't it normal that we don't understand the Spanish contract? I booked a Mercedes B-Class for 307 RMB, but I received a Link electric car and was forced to pay an additional 71 Euros plus a 148 Euro deposit. Do you have no conscience in forcing these charges? Does this rental service have any moral principles left? Renting a regular electric car and telling me it's an upgraded Mercedes?

Satisfied, the car was quite new and in good condition.

I was happy with the service and the car. However, there was an extra unexpected charge when I collected the car. It wasn’t clear what this was for as it was suggested it was for airport taxes, but EasyRentCars stated all taxes and fees were included.

The worst car rental on my life. It is outrageous this company is still legal. They steal you money. They are dishonnest and liars. They force you to pay double for the fuel and they force you to take an insurance that multiply by 5 thé price of the rental.

Staff were friendly. On negative side, the high and unclear extra costs at the pickup desk were a surprise. When I asked how the €125 extra costs were broken down, I was told something like " €65 fuel (seems dear and I only used a half tank), €25 fuel service charge (?) and remainder in taxes(?)". Also, when I afterwards looked at documents they gave me, no written breakdown was included. These costs should all have been made clear at the time I was booking. This is my only real complaint about booking.
