Waited in line for about an hour, mostly English service with very little Chinese support.

Staff were lazy. Had to wait a long time to pick up the car. Not sure if the owner is Indian, but all the staff are. They were lazy and unreliable.

Poor service, the counter staff were impolite, and it was difficult to contact the car rental company even through the platform.

Almost new Vehicle (3800 KM) Pick up was easy and fast. Drop off was great too, had to wait a little for the Airport shuttle due to the high volume of people dropping of Vehicles at the same time. Did not create any issues for us since we had plenty of time to catch our flight home.

Great Booking Platform, Price protection safe us money, nice IOS App, will use this platform again.

Staff were friendly and proficient, although understaffed at counter resulting in a long wait after an already long day.

Worked well.
