Very dissatisfied. I clearly rented an automatic transmission car, but when I got to the store, I was told that only manual ones were available. Furthermore, for the same model, the manual version should have been cheaper, yet the price I had to pay at the store was higher than what was shown on the website. I paid 202.4 euros at the store for 2 days, whereas I had pre-booked for 3 days on the website for 177.73 euros.

The staff at Hertz in Florence were very nice, but there were a lot of people. It took about two hours to pick up the car, so next time I will go earlier.
