Fast process, car exterior acceptable, but the interior is extremely dirty. The pickup and drop-off location is extremely far from the airport!

The location has easy access to YVR behind Costco a very busy area all day, the checking in was busy, but the property is too small for all the cars being rented, so it was difficult to exit the parking area and it took 20 minutes to move the cars around before you could leave. The best deal was the weekly price so thanks, I will be back.

車はコンパクトを借りました(KIA SOUL)が走行は9000km台で新しく満足でした、ただ車内は新しい割には少しゴミが散らばっていました。 受取のスタッフは欧米系の男性でとても対応が良かったのですが、返却の際に対応してくれたインド系の年配の女性の対応が最低でした。対応は高圧的で、返却後に空港にシャトルバスで送ってもらえるか聞いたところ、それは私の仕事ではない！と言い去っていきました。 返却までは良いサービスを受けていただけに最後の最後て非常に不快な思いをしました。 総合的には値段も安く車両も良かったので満足していますが、次回使うかと言われたら使うかはわかりません。

クーポンを使用して安く借りる事ができました。また予約日前のメールのお知らせがあり良かったです。次回も車を借りる際は使いたいと思います。

It had sticker glue on the side window (fairly large) that was a little embarrassing. I would’ve appreciated if not being on the car.

I waited a fair time for pick up but some other folks said they’d been waiting almost 40 mins to be picked up by the shuttle. I would now only use your service when I expect to have tons of time.

the car was not at all clean when we picked it up. when we mentioned it to the staff they said sorry but it was very busy (which it was) and they did not have time to clean the car. It also smelled of smoke. The worse was that it was not sound mechanically. Made a loud revving noise and jerked along whenever the automatic system changed gears. It did not feel safe to drive and we emailed customer care. They responded after 3 days saying to call the local office where we could never get through to a live person. So we continued to drive it always nervous about it. It also guzzled gas to an extent I've never seen before. I asked for some sort of rebate when turning the car in but was told to let head office know. So I'm doing that now and hope you'll respond to our satisfaction. Otherwise we will never used your service again.
