Everything was nice and easy

The rental company's service was quite good. Upon arrival at the airport, I called them and they directed me to the pick-up location. There was no hard sell when picking up the car, and the process was quick. The car itself was satisfactory overall. However, the company didn't thoroughly clean or inspect the car before handing it over. There was trash left by previous users, and the windshield washer fluid was low after a single use, so I had to buy a bottle to refill it.

This was a great rental experience. Wonderful service and a great car.

It was very good. We were 4 people with 4 big luggage and had a great car (Jeep Wrangler) to support us all, at a fair price.

Your shuttle driver was lovely!

The car was very nice, not so clean, very spacious and it work very well in the freeway.

We waited nearly an hour for the free shuttle. I had to phone 3 times before we were finally picked up. After that the whole process of the car rental was very easy and quick. The counter staff were very friendly and cheerful. The car was not dirty but it could be sparkling instead of dripping with water from the car wash.
