Renting a car was very convenient and quick. Just sign the contract and watch a traffic regulation video, and you can pick up the car. Originally rented an A4, but got upgraded to a Q5. The car was very new. Returning the car was also easy, just wait for any charges or fines notifications.

My vehicle was a much bigger and better car than I expected. Very comfortable and easy to drive. The only draw back was it didn’t have speed control. Very friendly helpful staff and smooth pick and drop off.
