Your not renting here your making a mistake.

I bought insurance online, but when picking up the car, they insisted I buy insurance again. The customer service told me to pay first and they would handle it later, but they never did. I ended up spending a few hundred more for nothing. Very disappointing. I suggest everyone avoid renting from this platform, it's full of pitfalls.

it is off site to the usual rental area but they are great and send a shuttle to collect you and drop you off at the airport. otherwise easy to deal with

good to deal with - only issue is clarity in booking. please make it clear what insurance is required so that it can clearly be purchased with the booking. please also include the tolls option so people are aware

Car interior was not clean, took forever to get car. Used routes before and they are usually good. Don’t know what was going on this time

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

The whole third party booking was a bit confusing. Instructions for pickup were not real clear. Routes definitely pushes add ons, insurance, i-pass, etc.
