Extremely dissatisfied, severe mistreatment of customers. They claimed our car was too dirty to tolerate. If they say it's intolerable, does that make it so? We still had time before return, and we were willing to take the car for a wash, but they said once the car entered their store, it wouldn't be allowed out. We still had over an hour before the return time, but they wouldn't let us leave. The cleanliness standard was entirely up to them. I didn't think it was dirty, just had some sand and mud inside from our trip to the Scottish Highlands. Isn't that normal? They delayed our time to catch the flight, insisting we pay a £100 cleaning fee. I just want to ask, does cleaning need to cost £100? I will never choose this company again, very dissatisfied. Goodbye!

Staff were slow and inefficient, even when there were 20 people waiting to rent a car. They threatened to force us to buy their full insurance by saying there would be no assistance otherwise. They charged the card without explaining the amount and were unwilling to explain why they needed to pre-authorize £1250. Their attitude was very unfriendly.

The car was in good condition, but the company is relatively small. Service was average, and they tried to upsell insurance.

Terrible experience. They don't accept UnionPay or credit cards with the UnionPay logo, so I had to buy full insurance at the store, which is much more expensive than the one on the car rental website. They also replaced the promised Volvo 70 with another car. Today, I received an additional charge of £55 from the car rental company without any explanation. Please help me check it. Thanks!

Having never used Heathrow airport before, I found it difficult to find where to catch the bus from to the rental company. A phone call to the office sorted it, but perhaps the bus stop number could be added to the booking instructions. I also found it difficult to locate the offices to drop off the car. However, the car itself was fantastic value for money. I booked a small vehicle but was upgraded free of charge to the next size up due to availability. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book with Easirent again. Especially now I know how to find them. :)
