The process of picking up the car, returning it, and refunding the deposit was very smooth.

Even though the company's staff saw that I had already paid for certain items on my rental order, they still charged me over 300 RMB for the one-way rental fee. When I tried to discuss this in English, they said they couldn't see which fees were paid or not. This made communication very difficult. I called the rental car customer service, but they were also unsure and told me to check the final price. In that situation, it was impossible to verify accurately. They just kept saying they couldn't see the details and even shook their heads saying 'Chinese,' which I doubt was a compliment. The experience was terrible. It took an hour of hassle before I could get the car, even though I had all necessary documents and my bank card. Everything was stuck and it was very frustrating. I would not recommend renting from this company.

Overall acceptable, the process was fairly fast. It would save a lot of time if there was a dedicated person to guide us to pick up and drop off the car, as finding the location ourselves is difficult for those unfamiliar with the area.
