I recommend QEEQ for overseas car rentals, as they provide numerous service reminders.

This Chicago location is run jointly with Avis. Firstly, there are no clear signs indicating that members should go to the second floor while non-members stay on the first floor, so I wasted an hour in line. The funniest part is that I then waited another hour and a half on the first floor because all the cars were rented out and they were waiting for returns. I landed at 2 PM and didn't get the car until almost 5 PM.

1. Did not get the reserved car model, got a downgrade instead of an upgrade; 2. Waiting time was too long;

Great and easy service

I had to wait a little longer because of high demand on the day of rental, but it was well worth it as I got a good car in a very good condition and was very well cleaned up, ready for my vacation road trip.

It was a good value for the money. You guys keep doing what you do and we will continue to use you happily.
