Queued for a long time, the car they gave me seemed biased by ethnicity. I got a Ford, smaller than what I reserved and not easy to handle. There was a Suburban parked in the lot but they wouldn't give it to a Chinese person. Do not use this company!

The big company is very reliable; you can rent a car with confidence.

The staff saw that there were three of us and suggested upgrading to a Fullsize car. After using it, I felt that since I was only using the car for two days on Oahu, the upgrade wasn't necessary. The staff also recommended a service called Roadside Plus for $4.99/day, which provides emergency assistance if the keys are locked inside the car or in case of a flat tire. Later, I thought as long as I carefully manage the keys, the additional service wasn't necessary. Overall, I felt the company's staff were too eager to upsell extra services, which was not very good.

I changed a car because of engine alart was showed up. I have to go airport to change that car was waste time.

Easy rental! I think I might use this site again.
