Very convenient, returning the car in another city was smooth. The trunk is very spacious, fitting our six large suitcases with room for two more. The car was new and offered an excellent driving experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience! They knew we were a family of five and provided a brand-new car. You could even smell the new car scent.

There was some trouble communicating due to language barriers when picking up the car, but the staff were very patient in explaining everything. The car provided as per our reservation didn't meet our needs, so they helped us upgrade to a newer, larger SUV. The trip went smoothly without any issues. When returning the car, we just filled up the tank as per the contract and cleaned the car a bit. It only took a minute to complete the return at the designated location, which was very convenient. It's best to rent from a big company like Avis; they are well-organized, and both picking up and returning the car are straightforward.

The car was in a possible illegal condition although this only became apparent to us when we later stopped for food break and looked more at the car u. We noticed the tyres were nearly bald and that a plastic engine cover was hanging down and also throughout the hire a sensor warning light kept going on and off on the dash. The interior was unclean. We photographed the scratched and poor exterior before we left the pick up. The other issues became apparent later during the hire
