It was okay, but there was a long queue when picking up the car, waited almost an hour to get it.

The Chinese-speaking staff had a poor attitude. Always pushing for additional insurance.

We started queuing at around 6 PM local time and there were only 4 people ahead of us. We didn't get our keys until 8:30. The efficiency is incredibly poor, with each pickup taking about 30 minutes on average. Just one person at the counter, and phone calls and returns also affect the efficiency.

Amazingly quick pick up and drop off experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice car.
