When we arrived at the counter to pick up the car, everything was prepared in advance. However, even though we had already prepaid for crossing the Czech border when renting, we were told at pick-up that it was not allowed. Alternatively, we could switch to a Toyota 7-seater, but we were not notified about this beforehand.

Very good, right inside the airport. The queue was a bit long and the efficiency was a bit low, but overall it's very impressive.

Booked a Mercedes, got a Ford

The service is very standardized, but during peak seasons the car model might not be the one you selected.

The car was in great condition, the counter was easy to find, and the service attitude was excellent
