Very satisfied

Had an accident and ended up paying 2000. Driving in Mexico requires caution.

The staff were very friendly. Although there were many customers from various countries waiting to pick up their cars in the morning, the two ladies were very skilled and handled everything efficiently. It really felt professional. The pick-up process was simple; I drove off in less than 3 minutes. The only disappointment was that the model I booked online wasn't available, but the replacement was also satisfactory.

Counter staff was helpful and friendly. No hard selling. Lots of cars to choose from. They were mostly all the same model; Nissan verso. It’s unfortunate that in the car we choose, the USB port did not work properly and the interior had an unpleasant smell which we didn’t notice until after using the AC. I would check those things next time. Returning the car was pretty straightforward and quick. The airport at Miami is not near the car rental units. Leave plenty of time if you need to get to and from the airport.

Like: Very easy self service pickup. Great car. Good fuel economy and so comfortable.
