Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the car rental place very late. They arranged a car to pick us up. We got a diesel Holden, which was excellent.

I forgot my driver's license, which was extremely embarrassing. Fortunately, aucar was understanding and rented us the car; otherwise, we would have been stranded.

Had a minor accident and scratched the car's paint,(1inch scratch above the rear left wheel) Got a bill for 1277$ were they charged for fixing the paint, while adding stuff like fixing doors and door handle and so on which wasnt the dmg I did. even though I had full insurance I dont need to pay for this scam. still dont like liers and profiters.

Even though the vehicle wasnt the car we booked, it ended up being better as it was more roomy and one of my family members was in a wheelchair so it suited us perfectly. Only thing I didnt like was it was black.

The car was certainly value for money, but the toll administration fees are ridiculous as I pay them on the spot and get charged again by Aucar. Otherwise a good experience.
