Very satisfied, reasonable price, the car was quite new, and our driving experience was smooth.

Overall very satisfied, no pushy insurance sales. However, there was an issue during pickup. We booked a Pathfinder but were given a pickup truck, which didn't meet our needs. After communicating, we got a brand-new Kia minivan with only 629 miles on it. We drove over 3000 miles in 13 days.

Overall, quite good. Well-known brand.

The service was excellent, and returning the car was very convenient. However, the wait time for processing the paperwork was a bit long. Upon arriving at the store, I spent $30 to upgrade to a Jeep SUV. Initially, they asked for $50, but seeing our hesitation, they immediately reduced it by $20.

For someone like me who can only speak a few words of English, the company's service was excellent! Very trustworthy!
