CENTAURO at Seville Train Station is easy to locate, and both pick-up and drop-off are very convenient. I selected the basic package online and upgraded to full insurance at the store. The staff only charged a fuel deposit, so I didn't need to pay a vehicle deposit. There's a gas station right across from the car rental, making it convenient to return the car with a full tank. The fuel deposit was refunded by the third day after returning the car, which was quite efficient. I rented the car for just one day to travel between Seville and Granada, and the rental company had no mileage restrictions for single-day rentals. This made driving more flexible than using public transportation, and the overall cost was advantageous as well.

Overall service was good and the deposit was refunded quickly. However, they kept pushing insurance when I picked up the car, even after I declined.

They took one hour of our time for the pick up as they didn’t allow us to pay with a debit card just because we didn’t make the booking with them, and we as through easy rental car. Also, they wanted to charge us again for the insurance when we already paid for that in advance. The staff wasn’t qualified and they were also very rude

Like: Hired the car for 5 day trip. Persuaded to take additional insurance as usual. No Gas station on main road into Alicante airport to refill before return so had to exit terminal and find gas in town.
