Hard to find- we went to wrong car hire place (due to looking for easy rent) Felt very pressured to buy expensive insurance and ultimately felt ripped off. Won’t use again

Telling people you need a credit card to pick up. Make people book with CC

Hard to find bus to go to rental place, would of been nice to be told it was a hotel hoppa bus we needed.

Agent was not able to honour the price agreed. He insisted I paid for additional insurance I did not want or need as I have a credit card that covers car insurance. He repeated refused to accept my position. He just said he could not let me have car without an extra insurance payment that was four times the cost of the rental itself. The only choice he gave me was to take it or walk away with no car. I shall never book with them again unless this issue is explained properly.
