Maggiore charged my credit card a month after claiming there was a scratch on the car. Then, they charged me again six months later and could not provide any proof when I contacted them.

Price protector is good. should allow users to rate after sales or claims experience.

Extremely efficient and professional. The rental agreement clearly detailed the two minor scratches on the vehicle. You have the option to choose between full-to-full and Relax plans. We chose the latter, paid 90 euros for the fuel, which is about the same as filling up at an outside gas station! Great experience, it would be even better if they didn't require a credit card guarantee like Goldcar used to!

The car rental area is out of the terminal. People need to take a bus and there is no clear indication of it. The only car rental company in the terminal is Sixt.

Like: Bit slow on pick up of vehicle as counter was busy but still out in less than 20 minutes. Car had some damage but it was well documented on the paperwork and drop off was very fast and efficient . Found staff to be very friendly and helpful.
Dislike: No complaints, little concerned about damage but turned out to be no priblem

Like: An easy place to pick up from, helpful staff, no hassle.
Dislike: The car wasn't the convertible I'd wanted, but it was fine.
