Renting and returning the car was very quick, no additional insurance was pushed, and the car was very new. I always choose this company for outings. Their prices are usually slightly higher than other companies, but considering the 16 days in New Zealand with a large car like the Highlander, the price from QEEQ is actually quite reasonable.

The car is in excellent condition, and it even has dual exhausts! Cool!

Initially, we didn't get a child seat, but after calling another branch for help, they resolved the issue the next day.

Picking up the car was very convenient. There's a counter at the airport right next to the baggage claim, and there's a dedicated parking lot just outside the terminal.
