The overall car rental service is very simple and efficient.

We were forced to buy insurance. I told the AVIS staff in advance that we had already purchased insurance on ZuZuChe, but AVIS said we hadn't and wouldn't let us pick up the car without it. Reluctantly, we had to pay. For two cars, each was charged $101.90. When we returned the cars, we tried to explain to the company again, but they refused to refund us, saying we had already signed the contract. We are very dissatisfied!

The process was convenient, the car was new, but there was an issue picking up the car in Picton
