Despite purchasing a full insurance package, both branches charged insurance fees without verification (they didn't even bother to promote it), consumption tax, terminal usage fees, and fuel fees. I specifically booked a Hertz Highlander, but only a Sorento was available at pickup. The price for a Sorento is half at other shops. The car had a bad odor throughout!
