The store required us to purchase new insurance and didn't recognize the insurance already bought on the Zuzuche platform. After over an hour of communication, we finally contacted Zuzuche customer service back in China, but they still didn't acknowledge it. We had to pay for the insurance ourselves to get the car, and then seek reimbursement from Zuzuche upon return.

I rented the car on June 6th, and the deposit still hasn't been refunded.

They are very focused and have always had a smooth experience.

Best price and car was perfect. Will book again for sure. They accepted my card insurance.
