Very satisfied

The service attitude was extremely poor. They aggressively tried to sell me insurance and GPS, and when I refused, they even used offensive language. Then they came up with another trick, printing out an invoice with a 260 yuan fee and asking me to sign it. When I asked what the fee was for, that attempt also failed. Frustrated and angry, they told me to wait an hour to pick up the car (because I arrived an hour early, and it was previously agreed that I could return the car an hour early as well).

The service was excellent, and the car was almost brand new.

The car had scratches, which weren’t my responsibility. They kept blaming me for not buying their insurance and wouldn’t help me resolve the issue. I had to look up the insurance provided by the rental company.

Later, when we realized how much more expensive they were and refused, he made excuses that our car was no longer available and made us wait while ignoring us. After a long wait, we lost our patience. One car had an additional charge of 1040 CAD and the other 840 CAD. I was about to file a complaint with your rental company! This company will not be used in our circle again. Extremely angry!
