Overall good and smooth. However, the queue for Avis pick-up was very long. Be prepared for a wait. It took almost an hour during the day. Compared to other rental companies nearby, there was hardly any queue. Probably due to the good prices and high demand.

There are many people renting cars from the same flight, so even if you have a reservation, you still have to queue. After processing, you also have to wait for the car to be ready. I suggest not planning a tight schedule.

The staff's attitude was acceptable. There was no detailed explanation during pickup, but similarly, the inspection during return was not thorough either. Therefore, the pickup and return process was relatively quick.

We booked an extra-large SUV, but when we arrived, they claimed it was unavailable and tried to give us another SUV. After waiting for 3 hours, they finally gave us the reserved extra-large SUV, which was actually parked right there. It was clearly not the case that the car hadn't arrived. Very angry, will not use this company again.
