Waited two hours to pick up the car, and another half hour to switch cars.

The staff coughed in my face and gave me pneumonia! They also charged me extra fees! Besides the accident damage, they charged over 40 euros extra! Never again.

During the pick-up it should be more useful of the guy to tell us something about the car and if I need to pay toll somewhere or if the car has some scratches then just try to sell us more insurance.

I have waited 45 minutes at the desk to talk with the employee. I have paid at the desk around 500 euros for all risks insurance (theft not included), which is very expensive. Insurance should be around 10 or 20% of the rental rate value not more.. I had no options so I paid it but am unhappy and won’t rent there again.
