Because of the crowd, BUDGET's staff were rude and deceived customers!! I had already chosen insurance and paid in full online. After waiting for a long time, I was in a hurry to pick up the car. However, the counter staff aggressively sold us insurance. We said we didn't need it, but they still made us sign and charge an amount equal to the 5-day rental fee. It's terrible.

I picked up the car at Boston Airport in Massachusetts, USA. The pickup process was clearly explained on the QEEQ website. Once I had prepared the necessary documents, I got the car quickly. The company staff were very friendly. The car was almost brand new with less than 5,000 miles on it, and it was in great condition.
