The service is just average, not bad, and that's good enough.

Budget was clearly a popular choice given the line we encountered, yet the line moved quickly and, once at the desk, the service was efficient and friendly.

I shopped many sites for the best deal on my rental and I found QEEQ.COM offered, by far, the best deal out there!

We waited over an hour to get our car. It was the longest wait I have ever experienced. When you return the car, the attendant would barely talk to me. I would like confirmation that the car has been inspected and that is is satisfactory.

Booking was easy and the email & text communication was good.

I just found out that AVIS and Budget are part of the same company. AVIS seems to have a high rating in the U.S., and clearly has more users compared to other companies. Their service attitude is good, and their response is fast. The elderly gentleman handling paperwork was very considerate! Overall, it feels way better than SIXT.

Car was the one I booked, it was in good condition and clean. The desk staff were really efficient and helpful, a lot better than the last time.

The waiting time in line was a bit long. I had reserved a 7-seat Grand Cherokee L but was given an S model instead. I specifically confirmed with the counter staff that I needed the larger model, but upon reaching the parking lot, I found out the car was smaller. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to the counter to request a replacement because the line was too long again. With 6 people seated, the entire journey felt a bit uncomfortable.

Pretty good, they gave us a Nissan Rogue to drive.

They temporarily added a service costing over ten dollars per day, covering all toll fees. Tolls in the eastern US can be quite complicated, so it's recommended to check the rental company's website for details on toll-related services before your trip.
