The car rental procedures were processed quickly, and they carefully explained everything in English at a slow pace.

Easy to use

Picked up the car at the store in the afternoon. They didn't have the Opel Grandland X, only a Jeep Renegade, which they considered to be similar. It was a tight fit for 4 people and 4 suitcases. Looks like picking up a car at the airport early is better. The rental company didn't push any insurance and the process was very quick. Thumbs up.

The car was as expected. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Very fast pick up and return process.
