Excellent!

Counter staff was not helpful at all, very aggressive and did not answer any of my questions. She was very un polite and charged me over the price for the agreed price without any clarification and when I asked first she ignored and then the 2nd time she answered me very aggressively and she said how would I know in a very aggressive way. Also for the security deposit, she charged me way above the amount that was specified. Conclusion : this is my first and last time to deal with Thrifty because of this person.

It’s an easy app to use and very much recommended to anyone looking to book a rental car, very competitive prices.

The Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth just didn’t work

We had to go to Dollar location for pickup as no one was working the counter at thrifty so there was a wait. Also we didn’t get a rogue or medium size SUV. They said they didn’t have any and we got a smaller Buick Encore which only held one suitcase. Had to use the back seat for the other which I didn’t like for anyone to see luggage in the car for break in. the staff was friendly an apologetic. No refund for a smaller car.

The app was always sending me notifications and when I looked it was just to book another trip. Never got a price drop.

Like: They do not push you to buy the insurance at all.
Dislike: Nothing.
