Pickup and drop-off were very convenient. I bought full insurance through QEEQ, and the rental company didn't push any additional insurance. They were very polite and processed everything quickly.

Easy pick-up, smooth return! Full tank policy, very good attitude! Originally booked a RAV4, but only Kia and Hyundai were available at the location, so I chose Kia. The mid-size car had no problem fitting two large suitcases in the trunk. The staff were very friendly and kind. No extra charges when returning the car. After returning to the country, they charged an additional $25, probably for tolls and traffic fines. Didn't check the specifics as it wasn't much.

The car was booked for 9am. When we arrived there was a long lineup of people waiting to pickup their car. When we finally got to the counter, the lady said it was going to be another 2 hours before we could have the car. We had people waiting at multiple locations and a long drive ahead that we wanted to reach before dark. So we went out of our way to rearrange transportation to bring everyone to the Hertz location, at additional expense to us. Then the car was ready after approximately an hour which meant trying to find people mid transportation to the pick-up location. After getting the keys to the car, we were told that we needed to walk multiple blocks to get our car with our luggage and a member of our team with walking issues. Not impressed.

Like: I LOVED the cost, but the experience was amazing and easy. I will definitely go through your company and Hertz in the future for all my travels as long as they are like this one!
