I previously used Yesaway and had a great impression, but this experience ruined it all. I won't choose this company again. On our last night, we stayed at the Hilton Hotel, which is on the way from the rental company to the airport. We informed the staff in advance, but they refused to stop. Later, we told the driver, and they still didn't stop, with a terrible attitude. There were only two of us in the car and no one else. Plus, I am a pregnant woman. We had to carry a lot of luggage to the airport and then wait for the hotel's shuttle.

Did not arrive at the agreed time, very unreliable. Waited for almost an hour.

Very good, except that I waited for 20 minutes due to traffic. Once I arrived, I just had to sign and take the car, which took only 5 minutes.

After passing customs, I sent a WeChat message to inform them of my arrival. I received a response with the car model and license plate number after half an hour, but no car arrived at the designated spot even after waiting for another half hour. When I called customer service, they told me they had closed for the day and that the message I received was an automated reply. They promised to send a car right away, but I had to wait another half hour.

Like: I was very satisfied with the price I received. For the vehicle I rented. I was a bit confused at first, on where to be for the pick up. This is an off airport site, location. It was a lot easier then I anticipated. I needed the car for a few extra hours and the added fee was fair, in my opinion. I will be back in July and i will use them again.
Dislike: I had a hard time understanding some of the conversation held over the phone.
