The reception area is set up like a hotel front desk with 2-3 staff members, mostly of Indian nationality, including those inspecting the cars. Overall, communication was smooth.

Customer service was just okay Pick up service from airport was very poor

The waiting time took quite a while, but the pick up process was straight forward. My only feedback was that the cleanliness of the vehicle was subpar and I had called to complain about this. I called 5 times about the dog fur that was not cleaned up, and Amrit (customer service) said she would pass on my message to the manager and that they would call me back. I never got a call back, and had my allergy symptoms throughout the rental because of the unclean car / dog fur.

Clean up your office inside and out. Clean your cars and put gas in them. Extend your hours for pick up and drop off to airport

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
