Never again ! Routes staff hirea car with Enterprise for ideas on how it should be done

Waited at the airport for forty minutes before someone came to pick us up. When returning the car at 8 AM, no staff was present, had to hand the keys over to a non-staff member, and there was no shuttle to the airport. The car was very dirty, the worker just gave it a quick wipe, and the gas tank was almost empty.

Need to be patient for shuttle transfers and during car pick up.

After multiple conversations, Routes told me they would give me the car I actually reserved. Even though they were polite, both times they did not call me back as they said they would. Couldn’t even complain at return time as the return experience was horrible and took almost an hour. The car they gave me was fine, but not the car I wanted.

All was fantastic EXCEPT the wait time to pick up the car. Waited in line for over an hour, although I had secured my rental and paid for it online. Routes should have a separate line for customers who make online arrangements before hand to avoid the excessive waiting among customers barely contracting....

Simple, easy, convenient and best deal offered.

Great customer service, good shuttle service wait a little long on the journey from the airport 45 min. So we got a cab but this was our choice as on a right schedule. Car was in great condition and no complaints. Thank you
