Great car at a great price. Customer service can improve with certain workers.

Two things, it would have been helpful to know the shuttle to "routes" from the O'hare shuttle terminal said routes. we missed one since it said routes and not easy rents cars. Secondly tell folks to make sure to bring their car insurance info. the turn in sucked, you just want to be done and get to your plane, and we had to wait in line again.. for awhile.

The staff was terrible. Only two people and their focus was on the phone, not the people in front of them.

You need to let people know that there are conditions for the rental of cars. Routes does not allow locals to rent cars from that location. Had to prove that the driver flew in using their flight reservation. Had I been a local this would have been a BIG problem.

Like: Didn't have to wait too long for the ride at the airport. The staff was very proficient and did not upsell anything. I had a great experience. Will choose them again.

Like: Everything from start to finish was very efficient.

Like: Had a great trip, we had a Wrangler, super comfy ride, enjoyed travelling From Chicago and Indiana and back. We had so much fun!
Dislike: I have no complaints, everything worked as I expected.
