Great option for internet low price renters

I bought insurance online, but when picking up the car, they insisted I buy insurance again. The customer service told me to pay first and they would handle it later, but they never did. I ended up spending a few hundred more for nothing. Very disappointing. I suggest everyone avoid renting from this platform, it's full of pitfalls.

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

Ended up with a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Only other choice was a Dodge Durango. We preferred to have a smaller vehicle for better gas mileage. The Jeep was “cool”, but buffeted a lot in the wind on the freeway. And it only got 19 mpg. Routes did compensate us with a half tank of free gas, as we complained and requested such upon accepting the car.
