CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON EUROPCAR AT SEATTLE AIRPORT, SEA

I originally booked a Jeep Wrangler, but my flight was delayed by less than an hour. When I went to pick up the car, they said the vehicle was no longer available and asked me to pay $200 for a similar-class car. Instead, I was 'freely' downgraded to a Nissan Sentra. Additionally, when I showed them the full coverage I purchased through Zuzuche, they told me the insurance wouldn't cover and tried to sell me their own insurance, which I refused. My advice is to carefully plan your pick-up time if you go with this company, as delays might lead to downgrades or extra charges. This is the first time I've encountered a downgrade in the U.S.

Overall, it was quite good. The line was slightly longer compared to other companies, but that's understandable since it's a bit cheaper. The wait time wasn't too long, and the car was in good condition. They seemed to offer me an upgrade to a better car, but I declined, and I didn't choose additional insurance either. The staff reminded me that if I use toll roads, the company would charge me for it. Both pickup and drop-off were very convenient.

The actual rental was through Fox Rent a Car. The car was in good condition, and the rental rate was more affordable compared to others.

car rental was handled by Fox Car Rental, apparently they are partners. The service counters are fully staffed, I didn't need to wait in a queue. This was improved from few months ago where there was only 2 staff handling so many people queueing. But beware of taking the options at the counter. Road toll are not really necessary around Seattle for leisure trip. there's alternative routes

Very satisfied, got a free car upgrade, paid $12 per day for unlimited toll road access. However, some friends mentioned it's not necessary to purchase. The wait in line was a bit long.

The size of the reserved car was not mentioned. I booked a 7-seater but ended up with a 5-seater.

Overall service was good; the car was excellent and very new. However, the process took too long, and picking up the car also took quite some time. In total, it was almost 2 hours.

차 상태가 기대했던 것보다 깨끗하지 않아 살짝 아쉬웠지만 주행하는대에는 괜찮았습니다. 다음번엔 이러한 점들 동물을 같이 태웠던 렌트카 등의 유의점을 반드시 고지했으면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 카운터 직원과 규모에 비해 대기하는 사람의 수가 많아 기다리는데 불편했습니다.

예약 시스템은 나쁘지 않았으나 보험건 이나 몇가지 현장가서의 결제상황이 Qeeq에 완벽히 반영되있지는 않아 그 점을 시스템에도 반영하여 고객이 정보를 알 수 있도록 하였으면 좋겠습니다.
