Great experience!!

Very satisfied, the car was almost new with just over 20,000 kilometers, and the pickup and drop-off processes were very smooth.

When we arrived at the counter, they told us the car model we reserved was not available and offered an upgrade, which we refused. Then they insisted we buy insurance, even though we already had full coverage. They said our insurance bought through Zuzuche was not valid and we had to buy theirs to be covered. Since it was midnight back home and we couldn't call Zuzuche for clarification, we had no choice but to buy their insurance. They also told us our rented car couldn't leave Vancouver without extra charges. We argued but to no avail. We had to pay extra, and the final cost was double the original rental price. We waited another hour to get the car, making the whole experience horrible and extremely unsatisfactory!

Counter staff gave helpful local advice on pickup . Exceptional help at drop off after I left something in the car leading to successful recovery of the item. By far my best car hire experience.

Good selection of rental opportunities and great to be able to arrange insurance options with no pressure sales at pickup

Staff was fantastic and polite. The car however had a bad stench (sweaty smell) - I guess for the price I paid.
