I bought insurance and routes is still charging me for a windshield crack.

It’s a small operation. Pick-up / drop-off takes longer than other companies. Shuttle service was also limited to one van.

The wait time was long and they did not have a Nissan Rogue but gave us a Jeep wrangler which they had to clean while we were waiting. They took a $C500 deposit which has not been credited as of today. Not sure why they have to take this when they have my card on file. Not sure if I would go back to them again.

We had to wait 30 minutes for the van to drive us to the airport. Because of this, we missed our 1 hour window to check our bags in. Because of this, I had to dispose of $50 worth of items I couldn't bring onto the plane. Also, when we received the car it was very dirty on the inside and outside. However, overall check-in/check-out service with somewhat quick.

Staff were helpful but process was incredibly slow for check-in. The place wasn't overly busy. Other then that the car was great. No complaints.
