Very satisfied with Alpha's service. When returning the car, I couldn't find a gas station, but the staff kindly reminded me that I could fill up the tank myself before returning the car and even told me the location of nearby gas stations. Very considerate! The only inconvenience was that Alpha is not located in the airport terminal and requires a shuttle ride, but everything else was great.

Very satisfied. Even though there was a language barrier, the staff patiently helped us confirm the order details, documents, and damage compensation issues.

The car given to us had only done 30000kms on the car. It was still fairly new. Easy online process, was not sure what to expect due to mixed reviews but was pleasantly surprised how easy it was from start to finish.
