The overall service was excellent, always responsive, and even provided travel tips. The rental company had well-maintained vehicles and was easy to communicate with. I will choose them again next time.

The Aucomm team was very cooperative. After renting the car, they created a group chat where we provided our flight details. They picked us up at the airport for car pickup, and returning the car was very convenient. We drove the car to the rental company, and after returning it, they dropped us off at the hotel.

Very efficient. We accidentally damaged their car, but the staff assisted us over the phone the entire time, didn't blame us at all, and were very proactive in resolving the issue. Made us feel very secure.
