The service at the Record Go car rental company at Barcelona Airport was very poor, especially during the return process. When picking up the vehicle, after completing the paperwork, there were no staff members to discuss the vehicle's condition, including its defects or scratches, leaving renters clueless. However, during the return process, they investigate every issue. If you didn't carefully take photos at the time of pickup, you'll be held responsible for all pre-existing damages and scratches on the car.

There is a fuel deposit, but as long as you refill the tank when returning, it will generally be refunded within about three days.

Average, not a pleasant experience. Recommend choosing another rental company.

We learnt our lesson from past rental experience so we took Record Go offer with insurance eventhough we already purchased insurance with Qeeq. Car condition is not immaculate as with dents all over the place. Returning car must show fuel up receipt in order not to be charged with fuel fill up services.
