The repair costs incurred were unclear. No detailed repair list or invoice was provided, only a deduction from the customer's funds was made. Multiple requests for clarification were refused.

Our flight was originally scheduled to arrive at 7 PM, but it was delayed by over an hour. By the time we got our luggage, it was nearly 7:30 PM. The car rental location was right outside the airport exit, sharing a counter with Hertz. The staff was very meticulous and enthusiastic. We had to take two highways and needed to prepay with the rental company. After completing the paperwork at the counter, we followed the signs and walked a few minutes to the parking lot to pick up the car. We got a small SUV, which locals drive frequently. The car was relatively new, with just over 30,000 kilometers on it, and it was very clean inside. Dollar offers great rental rates, and we will choose them again next time we visit New Zealand.
