Straightforward and simple. I mentioned to the lady at the counter that we were five adults and one child, and asked her to make sure it was a seven-seater car. She asked about our luggage, and I said two large bags, one small bag, and a stroller. She hesitated for a moment and then said she'd upgrade us to a Land Cruiser for free.

The app initially showed a rental price of 380 AUD, but when I got there, they asked for 480 AUD, and with insurance, the total was 700 AUD. It's ridiculous. The rental car had a trunk full of rotten tomatoes—I have no idea why. The pickup truck used for car washing wasn't cleaned properly either. Inside the car, there were cigarette ash and a strong smell of smoke. Terrible experience!

Did not provide the car as per the contract and charged an extra 375 AUD for a different car.

Great value for money, excellent service. Easy pickup and drop-off.

Very satisfied, the company even gave me a free upgrade to a RAV4. The car was very new, with only 6000 kilometers on it. It performed excellently.
