The best choice

Communication between Zuzuche and the overseas car rental company was completely unsuccessful. I completed the booking on the Zuzuche website and arrived at the Hertz car rental at Melbourne Airport on the morning of May 12. The car rental agency told me they had no information about my booking. I tried to contact Zuzuche for over an hour with no answer. I was stuck at the car rental office for more than two hours without a car, which disrupted my travel plans. I had to make a new booking directly with the car rental agency at a much higher cost than my Zuzuche booking.

Pretty good, straightforward procedures.

High work efficiency, good and professional service attitude

The car we received was different from what we booked. We originally booked an SUV Nissan Qashqai (I even provided them with a copy of the rental agreement), but upon pickup, we were given an SUV Hyundai ix35 with several scratches. When we mentioned this to the Hertz staff, they said it was the same category (SUV) so it's fine. However, there was already an SUV Nissan Qashqai nearby. Since it was late, we didn't want to argue further. We hope Hertz can improve on this.

Like: Having not rented a car for a long time this was such a pleasure to go to the counter and get the car no worries!
Dislike: Nothing really. Very satisfied customer.
