I waited 15-20 minutes at the airport for pickup and then 10 minutes over to Routes. I then had to wait there over an hour because there was only 1 representative. They overbooked and had no cars left so I was upgraded to a Jeep, however I had 120 mile drive to my final destination so the trip cost me more in fuel than it should have.

Easy rent was perfect easy to use, no problems.

The staff at the counter was great courteous, friendly and capable. The shuttle driver was great offering help answering question and providing recommendations on attractions Great staff

They did not have the type of car I rent so they gave us a larger car that makes spend more money in gasoline

Reason for the long delay in getting the car I wasn't a where that they don't rent to Florida residents. The girl at the desk was helpful and explained they would have to hold a $1000.00 on a credit card which I did but not everyone would be able to do that.

The first vehicle i got was terrible, i should have never been given. I had to go back and return. Off road jeep terrible comfort and on gas.
