But customer service agent in Izmir told me that I had to buy insurance in Turkey because it doesn't show in Turkish e-devlet system that I have insurance. Of course it didn't, because I had it on US credit card Since he said he couldn't give me the car I needed, I had to spend another 5,000 TL for insurance.
