Overall, it was pretty good. I'm just not sure if they'll find excuses to deduct money later. I didn't buy the collision damage waiver. When I arrived, an elderly lady told me that it's illegal not to buy it in Los Angeles. I directly replied, 'I just want to break the law, is that not allowed?' She was speechless afterward.

The efficiency of the staff during pickup was concerning, but the return process was very convenient; you can leave right after getting out of the car.

Poor customer service and irresponsible! The actual car model provided did not match the reservation! Strongly evasive!

It's been over a month and the deposit hasn't been refunded.
